Screen & collect

Send photos, models, quantities, pickup location, and access details first. Accepted equipment receives free scheduled pickup from Vancouver through Abbotsford, including Maple Ridge and Mission.

  • No pickup fee for accepted equipment
  • Ballpark resale estimate before consignment
  • Heavy, swollen-battery, or otherwise unsafe items identified before travel

Choose the path

Disposition transfers ownership to Solarae with no payout. Consignment is available when an item is reasonably expected to sell for at least $100.

  • Disposition: straightforward documented ownership transfer
  • Consignment: 30-day listing with a non-guaranteed estimate
  • Unsold: lower the price, take it back, or transfer ownership

Zero & verify

Storage devices are zeroed and the result is verified and recorded before equipment returns to service. Failed or unverifiable media is excluded.

  • Recorded result for each storage-bearing item
  • Failed drives can be returned or professionally destroyed at the disclosed cost

Sell & split

For each sold item, marketplace and payment fees, seller-paid shipping, approved parts, and a $40 handling fee are deducted. The remaining split pool is 70% to the client and 30% to Solarae.
